Pat BBQ Farnham Beer BBQ Sauce

This sauce is rather sweet with a slight bitterness and a spicy but subtle touch. It was created with Farnham 35 beer (English Bitter Ale) from the Quebec microbrewery Farnham Ale & Lager. Excellent on pork, beef, chicken and ground meats.
