Perfectly balanced, these knives also have a hollow ergonomic non-slip handle to provide optimal comfort and a firm grip.

This large Santoku knife has an AUS-8 steel blade that measures 197 mm. It is ideal for cutting, slicing, and chopping food, and particularly effective for slicing vegetables and raw fish/sushi.
