Samura’s HARAKIRI knife series contains chic and modern knives that can perform all cooking techniques. Each knife has a European-style AUS-8 full tang blade, which is wrapped in a durable ABS plastic handle with three rivets. With their high wear resistance and corrosion-resistant blade, these lightweight knives are very useful for heavy cutting jobs.

This serrated chef’s knife has a Japanese AUS-8 steel blade that measures 208 mm. It’s ideal for everything from chopping, slicing, and dicing meats, fish and fruits and vegetables. The teeth on the blade of this knife are also particularly practical for cutting foods that are hard outside and soft inside.
