Grilled shish-taouk chicken

Chicken shish-taouk always tastes good.

What’s also great is that… we don’t necessarily think about it, but we can make it at home, on the grill! 🤯

Oh yes and, believe me, when you see your chicken rotating on the rotisserie spit and smell the delicious aroma coming out of the grill, your happiness intensifies even more. 😍

Preparation :

  1. Preheat the grill to 400°F.
  2. Sprinkle some Jamaican Jerk dry marinade on all sides of the chicken thighs, then slip them on the rotisserie rod, one on top of the other.
  3. Secure the meats by adding the rotisserie forks over both ends of the thighs.
  4. Place the rod with the chickens inside the grill, on the rotisserie system, and let the chickens cook until they have an internal temperature of 175°F and a nice golden color.
  5. Remove the rotisserie system from the grill, and thinly slice the meats, while they’re still on the rod for restaurant-style results.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
