This rub brings a zesty touch to your meals, which brightens up the flavor of traditionally bland products and meats. As it’s got a greater salt ratio, it does very good with fatty cuts as the spice will seep into the meat.

This rub may well be considered one of the best, yet most underrated blends, in our collection.

A sweeter take on our Kansas style rub. Why, you may be asking? Because we listen to our clients.
BBQ comes in various flavors. Some people like it savoury, some others will like it sweet.
This Sweet Kansas rub is made with a greater ratio of premium cane sugar, which is often best suited for low and slow cookouts. It will get you a nicer looking bark and that stickiness you often look for in pulled pork and ribs.
As it’s got a milder heat profile than our regular Kansas, it makes this rub easier to work with in combination with sauces and glazes. This lets you control the level of heat and brightness through your various layers of flavor profiles.
Whether you do low and slow, or hot and fast, one thing is for sure, this rub will become a staple in your cooking arsenal.
Now that you better understand what our rubs are designed for, it’s your time to prove us wrong and get creative. Mixing rubs together to your liking is a great way to bring new life to classic meals, or venture into uncharted territories.
