BBQs and Smokers
No returns: all sales are final on BBQs and special orders (BBQ accessories or parts).
Food products
No returns will be accepted on sauces and spices.
Accessories and all other products
At House of BBQ Experts, any possible returns must satisfy our conditions.
The merchandise must be unused, unassembled and in the original packaging. Return must be received within 14 days of purchase. A credit will not be issued for used or damaged goods. A refund will be made within 3 to 5 business days, once the returned merchandise has been received at the following address:

Preparing to ship your return back to us
- Please include your original invoice, your details, and a note explaining the reason for the return
- All products to be returned or exchanged must be in their complete original packaging and include all manuals or printed materials.
- We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipment.
- We are not responsible for products that are lost in transit.
- For items returned to us, we credit the amount paid for the returned product (minus any purchase fees, which are non-refundable).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and shipping cost for the return is at your expense.
- Refunds will be made on the original payment method of the purchase.
How long should I expect to wait?
In many cases, refunds are not processed until the item has been inspected by us in our warehouse.
House of BBQ Experts reserves the right to refuse a refund on a returned item if:
- The item that has been returned does not match the original item shipped to the customer.
- The returned item is missing parts or the original product’s packaging.
- The item was damaged during the return shipment due to improper or insufficient packaging.
- The item being returned has been used.
- The item has been assembled in a way that would impede proper packaging for return shipping.
